5. Processing and Delivery

Shipping time: 3 to 7 business days (depending on location)

6. Returns and Cancellations

Please note: A cancellation request must be submitted before the tracking status shows any movement. Once your request is received, we immediately contact our fulfillment partner to verify whether cancellation is still possible.
We will notify you as soon as we receive their confirmation.
However, please be aware that in some cases cancellation may not be possible. This is because it can take 24 to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear, and during this period the parcel may already be processed or handed over to the carrier.
If the tracking shows any movement, we are no longer able to cancel the order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellisonmae Baltimore and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or services.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
